15T UDL ( Uniformly distributed load) dock leveler, as per EN 1398. Dynamic load shall be 6T. Platformsurface (S-235) of the dock leveler shall be minimum 6mm thick with 2mm additional chequered height. Lip surface (S-355) shallbe 12mm thick with 2mm additional chequered height, anti slip steel, orthoscopically designed of length 405 mm long, tappered atboth the ends. Open gradian self cleaning lip hinge with 150mm long specially arranged support. Locking position for hinged lip inhome position and maintenance strut to support dock leveler during maintenance checks. shall have two hydraulic cylinders forbalanced, reliable and safe operation of the dock leveler. Foot protection plates as side guards shall be provided as standard.Approved make shall be Hormann or equivalent. Supplier should be a direct inhousemanufacturer of the leveller and must maintain adequate relevant stock for ready service.Steel surfaces blasted 2 coat, PU-coated (layer of 60 - 80 micron) in RAL 5002 -Ultramire blue, of antislip moulded steel with teardrops for better traction. In operation the dock leveler shall have gradient slope up to 12.5% (approx. 7°) acc. to EN 1398 andBGR 233. Suited for temperature range (under the dock leveller) ofapproximately - 10ºC to + 50°CElectro-hydraulic operator with a Motor power 0.75 kW and Connecting voltage 3-phase 400 V, 50 Hz. Protection category IP 54.Provide Connecting cable 7.5 m long. The control unit shall be placed next to the dock leveler with membrane push buttonintegrated in housing. Press-and-hold actuation. Protection category IP 65.
